TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Provide clear reference(s) of your character.
Unless you want me to make a custom design based on your description (see Additional Price).2. PayPal invoice in USD. No refund.
Only accept refund if I haven't work on your order at all.3. Sketching starts after you've paid 50% of the total price. Full payment will be requested after the Lineart + Base Color is approved.
For you who want to pay all upfront, I thank you for your trust! That means I can send you my progress at high-resolution!4. I will show you the commission progress at: Sketching → Base Color → Final Result.
Usually I will inform you how long till the next update, or you can just ask me about it ( ˊᵕˋ )
(for partial payment, WIP will be shown in low-resolution).5. I won’t be too strict on Revision Chance, especially if it's considered minor.
But please understand and refrain on revising too much. Those who sabotage this rule will not be allowed to revise again after a warning!6. After passing Base Color, I do not receive another major revision.7. Please pay according to your needs (ex.: commercial use).
YOUR SATISFICATION IS MY TOP PRIORITY! As I give you my best, I entrust the finished project to be used as our agreement.8. No AI. No NFT!
Do not use my drawing as "base" for making new character!
NFT copyright protection is not classify as my own original work.9. All finished commissions will be posted with watermarks on my profile.
